These violets are double violets, and the deep purple/lavendar hues are scrumptious, laid against a warm green/grey background. The artist is Maud Stumm, and this print has the notation "Paris 1895" below her name. In Victorian times, the violet symbolized "Faithfulness." This print measures aprox 10.5 x 16.5 inches, and is laser printed on heavy stock. It will easily fit a standard size 11 x 14 inch frame.
