This sweet freshly-gathered bouquet of French violets and lily of the valley is taken from the works of the Victorian artist Catherine Klein. It is an unsigned print and the details are superb. In Victorian times, the little violet stood for the virtues of Modesty and Faithfulness, while the lily of the valley symbolized the Return of Happiness. Please note, the lily of the valley is a bit whiter in coloring than shown. . Overall size is aprox 10.5 x 14 inches, printed on heavy stock, and can fit into a standard size 11 x 14 inch frame.
