Summer Roses Print by Aulich

This dreamy print of freshly harvested old garden roses is by the Victorian artist E. Aulich. The details are superb. In Victorian times, the pink rose symbolized that the bearer was An Ambassador of Love, while the white rose stood for Innocent Love . Overall size is 10.75 x 13.5 inches, printed on heavy stock. The background is not as blue as shown, but has more light green and soft tan in it, very pale.
